Glocality is a student-faculty-run multidisciplinary open-access undergraduate academic journal that offers a platform to undergraduate students to share their work with the scholar community and practitioners worldwide. We admit articles that explore the relationship between local and global on any of the dimensions of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Glocality is relaunching this September and is now accepting submissions! The journal offers a platform to undergraduate students to share their work with the scholar community and practitioners worldwide. We accept submissions in the form of:

  • High quality empirical and theoretical research papers

  • Case studies

  • Essays

We want to promote academic and scientific applied research that explores the relationship between local and global among undergraduate students and create critical glocal thinking to deal with the challenges ahead of us. We aim to create young schools of thought and develop innovative approaches, solutions and technologies for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Therefore, we welcome and acknowledge papers from students who bring more insight to sustainable development not only for the academic community but also for practitioners.

Glocality is published online and is 100% open access. Articles are published as soon as they are ready, post-editorial acceptance, thus ensuring authors do not experience unnecessary delay to their publication. All papers are peer-reviewed by international experts and academics.

Papers can focus on any of the social, economic, and ecological dimensions of sustainable development. Learn more and submit your work HERE.
