Population Biology of Infectious Diseases
Program details
Places are available for twelve students annually
Program Dates: 9 weeks, approximately May 18-July 17
Students will be paid a stipend of $5175
Housing will be provided in University of Georgia dormitories at no additional cost
Travel assistance to UGA is available up to $400 per student
Application deadline: The third Monday in February (Feb. 17, 2020)
Accepted students will be notified in mid-March
Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or its territories and have not yet obtained an undergraduate degree.
Applications from students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and/or majoring in biology, computer science, ecology, mathematics, and statistics are especially encouraged.
