CRISSP Pediatric Healthcare Internship
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute Summer Scholars Program (CRISSP) is a 10-week competitive summer internship program designed to educate and train future leaders in pediatric healthcare with opportunities in basic, translational, clinical, and behavioral research.
Sophomores, junior and seniors with a minimum 3.3 overall GPA and an interest in research related to child health and wellness are eligible. Students typically under-represented in research are especially encouraged to apply.
The application deadline is January 31, 2018.
Twenty-five students will be selected. All participants will have multiple opportunities for clinical shadowing and broad exposure to biomedical research careers.
Students receive a $4,000 stipend and free housing in the University of Pennsylvania dorms. Need-based travel awards may be requested and will be distributed based on availability. The application deadline is January 31, 2018.
