International Conference on Computational Social Science

Are you currently doing research in computational social science and interested in presenting (or attending) a conference? Northwestern University and the Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems (NICO) are hosting the International Conference on Computational Social Science from July 12-15, 2018 in Evanston, Illinois (just north of Chicago). Call for abstracts has just opened.

Submissions can be on any topic in the field of computational social science including:

  • Work that advances methods and approaches in computational social science

  • Data-driven work that describes or explains social phenomena

  • Theoretical work that generates new insights into computational social science research

Important Deadlines:

Abstract submission: February 4, 2018

Notification of acceptance: March 5, 2018

Presenter registration: April 19, 2018

Conference: July 12-15, 2018
